items are properly priced... Our site is in a constant state
of evolution and there will be times where some items are displayed
without a shopping cart or price until the page or area is updated.
Should you be interested in purchasing a product, with no shopping
cart, we invite you to phone your enquiry or order through to
us.
Special Offers which may offer a reduction in the usual price
are clearly marked and are located in the SPECIAL OFFERS

DELIVERY:
All our products are sent FREE OF CHARGE
by recorded delivery first class in plain packaging.
We aim to get your products to you within 7 days of order. If
purchasing a custom made product, we will email to let you know,
when to expect your product, as custom items vary in production
times. In the rare event that an item becomes "out-of-stock"
we will e-mail you to let you know, and aim never to keep you
waiting more than 28 days.
ORDER PROCESSING:
All orders received between Monday & Friday are processed
within 24 hours.
Orders placed on Weekends or Bank Holidays are processed on
the next working day.
All orders are replied to by us personally - you can expect
to receive a "Confirmation of Order" email within
24 hour of placing your order.
PAYMENT:
When shopping through our Online Boutique we accept Visa, Mastercard,
American Express, Discover,
e-Check, Visa Delta, Switch and Solo credit/debit cards. We
also accept payment from your own Paypal account if you have
one. All our online shopping is administered by PAYPAL.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
All our products are check by our staff prior to dispatch to
ensure that your order is made and finished to our high standards,
therefore we do NOT offer a refund service, however in SPECIAL
CIRCUMSTANCES, we will consider an exchange.
If any item you have ordered is faulty on arrival,
you must notify us immediately, so that the problem can be resolved.
