DELIVERY: All of our products are sent FREE OF CHARGE by recorded delivery, in plain packaging. We aim to get your products to you within 7 days of your order. If purchasing a custom made product, we will email to let you know when to expect your product, as custom items vary in production times. In the rare event that an item becomes "out of stock" we will email you to let you know, and aim never to keep you waiting more than 28 days.

ORDER PROCESSING: All orders received between Monday and Friday are processed within 24 hours. Orders placed on weekends or Bank Holidays are processed on the next working day.

PAYMENT: When shopping through our Online Boutique we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Visa Delta, Switch and Solo credit/debit cards. We also accept payment from your own paypal account if you have one.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES: All our products are checked by our staff prior to dispatch to ensure that your order is made and finished to our high standards, therefore we do not offer a refund service, however in special circumstances, we will consider an exchange. Intimate products, hoisery and sales items cannot be returned.
